1Red Casino Login Guide: Sign In, Reset, Fix Access

Signing in to 1Red takes your registered e-mail address and password, and the same pair works for the casino, the sportsbook and the 1RED Casino app. This guide covers the sign-in steps, password resets and the most common access problems.

How to sign in

1. Visit 1red.com and click SIGN IN at the top right.
2. Type your e-mail address and your password; the eye icon displays the password.
3. Click the red SIGN IN button.

Leave a field blank and the form flags it with "must be completed".

Signing in from a phone

Mobile browsers and the 1RED Casino web app accept exactly the same login details as the desktop site, because there is only one account. Installing the app is described on our app page.

Password reset

1. Click SIGN IN.
2. Select Forgot Your Password?.
3. Type the e-mail address of your 1Red account.
4. Follow the instructions sent to you to create a new password.
5. Sign in using the new password.

If the reset message does not show up, look in spam, request it again or ask support.

When sign-in fails

• Password rejected: watch for Caps Lock and the keyboard layout, or reset it.
• Unknown e-mail: use the address from your registration, not another one.
• "must be completed": a field is still empty.
• Unfinished sign-up: finish both steps of registration via "Sign Up".
• Documents overdue: if requested documents were not sent within 30 days, transactions stay blocked until they are.
• Browser issues: clear the cache or use another browser.

Account security tips

• Activate 2FA: a second factor protects you even if the password leaks.
• Never reuse passwords: keep your 1Red password unique.
• Stay discreet: login details are your responsibility; do not share them.
• Shared computers: sign out and do not save the password in the browser.

Nobody from 1Red will ever ask for your password.

Checking the site address

Before you type your password, confirm that the browser shows 1red.com. Following links from messages or unknown ads is the most common way players end up on copies of real sites.

If you entered your login on a page that turned out to be fake, change the password immediately and inform [email protected].

Restricted access

During self-exclusion your account and any linked accounts stay disabled until the period ends, and a notification follows by e-mail. Lifting a permanent self-exclusion requires a written request and a 7-day cooling-off period. See our responsible gambling page.
