How to Sign Up at 1Red: Account Registration Guide

A 1Red account is opened in two quick stages: first an e-mail address, a password and the account currency, then your name, date of birth and phone number. You must be 18 or the legal gambling age where you live, and documents come into play only before your first withdrawal. Account currency: a fiat currency such as EUR or USD, or a cryptocurrency.
Details matching your ID: name, date of birth and phone number.

Registering on mobile

The same two-stage form appears in a phone browser and in the 1RED Casino web app, which you add from Chrome or Safari. Whatever device you sign up on, the account works on all of them. App installation is explained on our app page.

Identity verification at 1Red

Verification proves that the account holder is a real adult using their own identity. It shields your funds from misuse and keeps 1Red within its licence. A full check is required before any first withdrawal and once your deposits exceed €2,000 in total.

Prepare a government-issued photo ID, a selfie holding it and a utility bill or bank statement from the past three months, in Latin or Cyrillic script; a video check may be requested otherwise. The KYC team replies within 24 hours by e-mail. Meanwhile, "Temporarily Approved" status allows play and up to €500 in total deposits but no payouts. Documents that are not provided within 30 days lead to a transaction block until they arrive.

Troubleshooting registration

Red "must be completed" hint: fill in the empty field, then press NEXT.
E-mail already registered: sign in instead, or reset your password.
Typo in the address: correct it before submitting; it becomes your login.
Name or date of birth not matching ID: correct them now to avoid KYC issues.
Blank or frozen form: reload the page or switch browser.

Rules for every account

A single account: one per person, address, shared computer and shared IP; extra accounts can be closed and payouts cancelled.
Legal identity: the account name must match your real name, and details must be kept current.
Own payment methods: no third-party deposits.
Private use: no sharing, selling or commercial use of the account.
Inactivity: 180 days without login makes an account dormant, after 30 days' notice.

Is a second account allowed?
